Client is solely responsible for its own business, products, services, website, content, offers, advertising, marketing claims, customer relationships, legal notices, privacy practices, data practices, communications, and compliance obligations.

They are not legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Client is solely responsible for having all such materials reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before use, publication, launch, or continued operation.

This responsibility includes, without limitation, requirements relating to:
Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all website content, Legal Materials, disclosures, forms, tracking technologies, third-party tools, integrations, scripts, tags, pixels, cookies, consent settings, data collection flows, marketing claims, advertising campaigns, and communications before launch, publication, activation, or continued use.
Client’s approval to launch, publish, install, enable, activate, use, or continue using any website, landing page, content, campaign, form, integration, script, tag, pixel, cookie, analytics tool, advertising tool, chat tool, session replay tool, call tracking tool, CRM tool, ecommerce tool, payment tool, automation, AI-assisted output, or third-party service confirms that Client has reviewed and approved that item for Client’s own legal, regulatory, privacy, accessibility, operational, and business requirements.
For website design, website development, landing page, maintenance, hosting coordination, optimization, tracking, analytics, consent, or related projects, Client is solely responsible for reviewing the website and all related materials before launch or publication.
This review includes, without limitation:
Triaza may request written approval before launching or publishing a website, landing page, campaign, content item, Legal Material, tool, integration, or other project component. Client’s approval may be provided by email, project management tool, written message, signature, payment, instruction to launch, or other written confirmation.
If Client approves launch or directs Triaza to launch, publish, activate, or continue operating any item before legal, privacy, accessibility, security, technical, or compliance review is complete, Client assumes all risk associated with that decision except to the extent a claim is finally determined to have resulted directly from Triaza’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or material breach of a separate written agreement.
Triaza is not responsible for delays caused by Client’s failure to provide timely content, approvals, credentials, access, feedback, legal review, compliance review, third-party platform decisions, or other materials or decisions needed for the project.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Triaza does not guarantee that any website, landing page, content, campaign, Legal Material, consent tool, accessibility feature, integration, third-party tool, or data flow will comply with any particular law, regulation, platform policy, industry requirement, or accessibility standard.

Client is solely responsible for deciding whether to use any third-party tool, platform, script, tag, pixel, cookie, plugin, integration, or service in connection with Client’s business, website, marketing, advertising, communications, or data practices.
Client is solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and complying with the terms, policies, privacy requirements, data processing terms, consent requirements, disclosure requirements, platform rules, fees, restrictions, and legal obligations applicable to any third-party tool or platform Client uses, requests, approves, authorizes, or continues to operate.
If Client asks Triaza to install, configure, enable, connect, maintain, troubleshoot, or modify a third-party tool, Client is responsible for determining:
Triaza is not responsible for the acts, omissions, security, availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, pricing, billing, data practices, policy changes, legal compliance, outages, errors, or failures of any third-party tool, platform, service, or provider.
Triaza may recommend or identify third-party tools for Client’s consideration, but any such recommendation is not a legal, compliance, security, privacy, financial, or technical guarantee. Client remains solely responsible for evaluating and approving the use of any third-party tool.
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how Triaza collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Site.
Client websites, Client campaigns, Client forms, Client platforms, Client accounts, Client tracking technologies, Client Legal Materials, Client data collection practices, Client customer communications, and Client data processing practices are the responsibility of the applicable Client unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed data processing agreement or other applicable written agreement:
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any mandatory privacy rights, limit obligations that cannot be limited by law, or replace any data processing agreement that may be required by applicable law.
Triaza may use AI-assisted tools, automation tools, software platforms, data analysis tools, research tools, drafting tools, design tools, optimization tools, or similar technologies to support Services, internal operations, content development, marketing workflows, strategy, analytics, or other business functions.
AI-assisted, automated, or software-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, unoriginal phrasing, unsupported claims, biased results, formatting errors, or other defects. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Triaza does not guarantee that any AI-assisted, automated, or generated output is accurate, complete, non-infringing, legally compliant, suitable for publication, or appropriate for Client’s business.
Client is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and legally clearing any AI-assisted, automated, or generated output before using, publishing, distributing, relying on, or submitting it to any third party. This includes review for accuracy, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, privacy, regulatory compliance, advertising claims, industry-specific requirements, and suitability for Client’s brand and business.
Client is responsible for determining whether its own use of AI tools, automated systems, tracking technologies, or generated content requires notices, consents, disclosures, opt-outs, human review, recordkeeping, contractual restrictions, or other legal or compliance measures.
If you submit information through the Site, including through contact forms, consultation requests, chat features, scheduling tools, email links, or other communications, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that information and that the information is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or legally privileged information through the Site unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Submitting information through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, confidential relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or client-services relationship.
If you submit information through the Site, you authorize Triaza to use that information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate or provide Services, communicate with you, operate and improve the Site, maintain business records, protect our rights, and manage our business relationship with you, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit any materials or information you provide to Triaza and that Triaza’s permitted use of those materials or information will not violate any law or third-party right.
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Triaza collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Site.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.
Client websites, Client campaigns, Client forms, Client platforms, Client tracking technologies, and Client data practices are the responsibility of the applicable Client unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, platforms, tools, or services for convenience only. Triaza does not own or control those third-party websites, resources, platforms, tools, or services.
Triaza is not responsible for any third-party content, terms, privacy policies, data practices, security practices, products, services, availability, accuracy, performance, or conduct. Your use of third-party websites, resources, platforms, tools, or services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
The inclusion of any third-party link, tool, resource, or reference on the Site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or control by Triaza.
The Site and all Content, materials, information, resources, and functionality available on or through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triaza disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Triaza does not warrant that:
Any case studies, examples, testimonials, metrics, rankings, performance references, projections, or business outcomes referenced on the Site are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results. Actual results depend on many factors outside Triaza’s control, including Client’s business model, budget, market, competition, timing, offer, sales process, reputation, approvals, implementation, legal compliance, third-party platforms, search engines, advertising platforms, and customer behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triaza LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, data, use, reputation, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triaza’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.
For Clients, any limitation of liability applicable to Services will be governed by the separate written agreement applicable to those Services. If no separate written agreement applies, then to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triaza’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Services will not exceed the amount paid by Client to Triaza for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triaza LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
If you are a Client, you also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triaza LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is finally determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to have resulted directly from Triaza’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or material breach of a separate written agreement with Client.
Triaza reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with Triaza’s defense of any such claim.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the security or integrity of the Site.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Site or Content at any time without notice.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Triaza’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Triaza.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without Triaza’s prior written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triaza regarding your access to and use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties regarding the Site.
